Product Description
Egyptian IQF Frozen Broccoli Florets are sourced from the fertile soils of the Nile Delta, where cool winter nights and rich agricultural conditions allow broccoli to develop an intense green color, firm texture, and naturally sweet crunch. Harvested from November to March, each broccoli crown is hand-cut at peak maturity to ensure optimal quality and flavor.
Within four hours of harvest, the crowns are trimmed into uniform florets and flash-frozen at –40°C using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) process. This rapid freezing method locks in freshness, nutrients, and vivid color while ensuring that every piece remains separate—never forming a block.
Thanks to the free-flowing nature of IQF broccoli, traders, wholesalers, and processors can repack, portion, or trans-ship precise quantities with ease. The florets maintain perfect shape, consistent size, and excellent texture after thawing, making them ideal for retail packs, food-service applications, and industrial use.
Egyptian IQF broccoli offers a reliable, year-to-year export supply with exceptional quality tailored to international market standards.
