Product Description
Gaara Export produces IQF frozen mango from selected Egyptian mango varieties, in four presentations — whole, chunks, halves and slices. Every presentation keeps the colour, taste and texture characteristic of fresh mango.
How it is made
Fully mature mangoes are harvested and moved quickly to the IQF plant, where they are inspected and washed and only high-quality fruit is selected. The fully ripe fruit is then washed, peeled by hand, sliced or diced to the sizes required, individually quick-frozen and packed under strict hygienic conditions.
Presentations
- Whole
- Chunks
- Halves
- Slices
Slices and dice are cut to the sizes you specify, so the product can go straight into your production line or retail pack.
Packing
Standard packs are 1 kg plastic bags, five per carton (5 × 1 kg), or 2.5 kg plastic bags, four per carton (4 × 2.5 kg). Private labels and carton printing can be prepared to your specification.
Uses
Our frozen mango is 100% fruit with no added sugar or preservatives, and suits juice manufacturers, dessert and bakery production, smoothies, food service and industrial processing.
Quality and ordering
Gaara Export works to GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, SMETA and ISO 9001:2015, accredited through EGAC and IAF. Send us the presentation, cut size, packing, quantity and destination market and we will come back with a quote.
